We had mile repeats in the pit today, but on the way over my IT Band was really hurting so I just did one mile at an easy 7min pace just to feel out my leg. It still hurt and with camp next week I didn't want to push it so I just ran back to the high school and finished up on the bikes with two 6min pickups with four minutes rest on between. I went and bought some tape for my IT Band and I'm gonna ice and roll out extra good today so hopefully I'll be feeling good for camp. |
