AM I haven't been sore from the race saturaday and i felt pretty good on my run this morning.  Felt so good that i just kept going. Ended up doing 16 miles in 2:03:00.  stopped at the track at the end of the run and did a 5:46 mile then cooled down for a half mile.  only one water stop and no GU.  Felt like i could have just kept running for quite a while.  My get a short run in tonight.

Good job starting out the week strong. That was me that honked at you when you were by Sports Authority by the way. I was thinking of 2 mile repeats on Wed. I kind of want to do marathon pace or slightly faster with a short 400m rest or so. Let me know what you think. I'll plan on being ready to go at SUU at 6:00.
