5.5 with the dog this morning. nice morning for a run.
3.0 pm. went to the track with the family. kids were supposed to run some laps but they would rather play. guess maybe i'm the only runner in the family.

Mine do that all the time. We get all geared up to run around the block and then they want to walk after about 20 steps and then go to Grandma/Grandpas house. Good times.
