Played basketball with Alex for an hour then we went to Snowbird and ran from Snowbird to WhitePine and back and then to the end of the Snowbird nature trail. Had some pain but took it slow and careful

Michaei, is there such a thing as an easy run to White Pine? The trail is tough and rocky, not quite like grass under defeet.

This isnt the trail (old road) that starts at the WhitePine trailhead. This is the trail that goes along Little Cottonwood Creek from the bottom of the lifts at Snowbird (actually Baby Thunder lift) and then it intersects the main WhitePine Trail near the bridge over Little Cottonwood Creek. Its a little steep in a couple places and there is rock in a couple places but it is more dirt. Glad I ran it last night and not today
