In Utah - ran at Liberty Park on nice soft wood chip trail, then on Pipeline Trail in Mill Creek - amazingly warm and snowfree in Utah

No just in Utah for Thanksgiving for Alex (Falcon) to see his Mom. He ran in a couple races - Cottonwood Heights Turkey Day (25th overall) and a kids USATF (1st). I didnt run, still getting back in shape. I am running more here in Washington though, just not in races yet.

Mainly busy with still settling in here and house projects. The new ACDC album isnt too bad
