Back on the logging roads again - I try to do different ones each day, this one was definately a steep hill climber. It seems like a mile on a logging road is equivalent to 1.5 miles on flats - I though it was me, but even my fast running son thinks the logging road mile is harder. No frost, but was cloudy with cool air. Got divebombed by a couple of blue jays who then squawed at me I guess to riidcule my running style. Seattle Marathon I guess is tommorow - Id probably win it with my Utah running training, but I think Ill pass on it until next time. Seems strange time to have marathon in western Washington as usually this time of year is cold steady rain

Too funny, good read on your blog. Keep up the hard trail workouts, they will pay off and make your legs stronger.
