Ran with son (Falcon) in evening race (7pm). Ran OK. This wasnt so much for me to race more just to run. I was in my typical 26 minute category and top 1/3 of total runners which I seem to have done alot this year. Dont know exactly where I placed. Garmin had race slightly short. Ran with stomach ache and I have a little trouble seeing at night (ie the road cracks). Pushed myself a little but still ran with some caution. Seemed Ok afterwards. Got about 48 miles in this week which is good for me

Michael, 48 miles this week and you are doing fine? Good job on the 5K. There is a 5K race with dogs, maybe they can race?

Wow Michael! I am super impressed at your weekly mileage. You're the hero.

Good job on this 5K. No pain or anything, right? You are going strong! Excellent.

Thanks

Its probably more miles than I should do, but since Im not pushing the pace I think Im OK. I still feel pain, but my body seems to tell me to slow down and not go over that threshold. I lucked out with more mileage last week because boss was gone so I could take longer lunch breaks. I have trouble getting a consistent schedule because of varying work schedule and sons/wifes schedule/needs. Im slowly working on trying to be more consistent, but my miles per week seems to be sometimes up or down depending on my schedule
