Hi Michael:

I have the Garmin forrunner 205. I got mine for 200.00 but here is a better price from this web site http://www.thenerds.net/GARMIN_INTERNATIONAL_Garmin_Forerunner_205_Portable_Navigator.0100046600.html?affid=1&srccode=cii_9324560&cpncode=12-26187838-2&affid=3

I like This garmin because it keeps track of your work outs. Pace, distance. Gives me a better idea at what level i am running at.

Michael:

In response to your question - the only difference between 205 and 305 models is that 305 has a heart rate monitor.
