Michael, 6 miles, way to work on your base for the winter. Hope your rehab keeps going well.

Thanks for commenting on my race, Michael!! I appreciated it. Sounds like your son and your will to keep up with him is keeping you in great condition!! Hope you continue to feel better and better and that your rehab helps you recover completely!! Is it an IT band injury or overuse that you are recovering from?

From Michael on Tue, Oct 23, 2007 at 11:25:09

Laura - I guess it was a combonation of IT band injury probably caused by overuse. Its slowly getting better, but I can tell I need to be careful and not push too hard too quickly

Brent - welcome back, glad you had a neat time in Hawaii. Sounds like you still got abunch of running in there too - however I think you may need to recalc your miles, I think there is a hidden fastblog rule that sealevel miles can only be counted at a 2/3 ratio
