Tried to do miles again at Dimple Dell indoor track, didnt have much time as had to get Alexander to swimming class. I wanted to beat my record, I was way ahead  in time at 3/4 mile, but I guess that got me overconfident and I slowed down and didnt do better, it was Ok at 8:04. Then ran a second won and it was 8:08. I probably shouldnt have looked at my watch on first one until I finished. Starting to learn how much mental thinking also effects me.

I ran 114 miles for July, ran 25 out of 31 days, so I think thats good for me and this is first month I started looking at it closer, so thats a good start. Its not much compared to alot of the great runners who do that in a week, but its an improvement so Ill take that

Not a bad month...Keep it up and sub 8 will become a lot easier. Way to squeeze in whatever you can.

25 days for the month! That's almost perfect training, if you count 1 day a week as recovery. Cool!
