Ran at Dimple Dell Rec center on inside track while son had basketball, not the county park I often run. Was still very sore from my 10K, but I felt better about half way.
I guess I need to get 100 miles a week in so I can place in the next marathon like Sasha and Bill - not really, I havent even got 100 miles in a month like those amazing runners, but I keep trying to do better |
