Run with my Golden retriever as he obeys I can say back and he runs behind me, that way at least I can beat someone
Air quality bad making it somewhat harder to run. It amazes me to see all the runners along busy roads like 1300 east, State Street etc. with the exhaust, extra pavement creating more heat, stop lights/traffic/noise but to each their own I guess
Have decided I will contract my miles out, that way I will get more miles, this is only way i can get close to the number of miles that people like Sasha and Bill Cobler get. So if you run any extra miles that you dont need, give them to me and Ill add them in my running account...... |
