Busy schedule, didnt run far. Still thinking of doing the 1/2 marathon to go with my son and get some miles, but would take it easy and walk if needed. Trying to do some stretching each day.
I read in Runners World that the world record for running backwards in a marathon is by a chinese runner in 2004 who ran it in 3:43:39. I doubt I could run a 1/4 mile backwards comfortably |
