10 miles behind the Capitol 1:34.19  ave 9.32 ave  very hot, ran between 4 and 5:30 pm, same route as yesterday.  Very hard run to get through, was very tired from yardwork earilier in the day and the day before.  Rode 20 miles on my bike Thursday and another 20 on Friday.

12.04 miles, wow this one was hot, it felt hotter than 92°, probably hotter on the asphalt roads.  It was an out and back, I almost went out 7 miles instead of 6.  I am so glad I chose 6, 14 miles would have killed me.  This turned out to be a tough run for me.  Ave mile 9:00
