8 x 800m (400m) 3:11 min average I wanted to make sure I could do 8 reps so I targeted 3:12 instead of 3:05 like I normally target for 800s. My heels were tender going into this workout and they hurt after. Took some ibuprofen. I've really got to figure out how to manage these heels. I decided to try for a half marathon sometime in October instead of a full marathon. I don't feel like I have enough time to really train for the longer distance and I'm worried my heels won't make it on the longer runs. |
