I felt pretty tired today energy wise. I actually had an accounting test at 12 and knew it would be pretty long so I wanted to make sure I was mentally sharp so I actually ran after aruond 3 pm. Looking back I know I didn't fuel great today before my run and part of that was cause of the test, and my stomach was bothering me and feeling off. But today was just a reminder that sometimes I can do a better job of eating more before I run to have good energy and for my stomach to feel good. Legs were pretty sore today.
