9.1 Solo. 7:38 pace I think? My legs were actually pretty tired so it was nice to go alone and just relax a bit on this one.
HR this morning was a 49 but I might've counted wrong cause I was pretty tired today.
Sleep 10:30 to 7:25 (thursday morning)
PM swam 30 minutes at the HPER building. I liked it it's a good workout for my arms and lungs.
