| Felt great! Since I was the only one that didn't run morning I ran 10 while the group ran 8. Rather than take it easy I just tried to catch the group as fast as possible.

| This was a fun day and a good meet. I think overall I could have done better, but I was still happy with my race. Looking forward to Nike.

Again swim felt great, it's always a nice way to start the day out. For XC we decided to do the temple run, which is always fun. It was a total of 10.

4 miles easy cool down
The fist couple 400s felt great, but after that me left knee started to hurt. I was able to do 18 of the 20, I'm still not sure what happened but it felt a lot better during my cool down. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.
