I'm feeling much better and able to run a little bit longer. I still hit a point every day about 25 minutes in where my right knee starts to hurt, which is why I haven't been able to build up much distance. I'm hoping over the next week or so I'll be able to go longer and longer without issues.

It seems like I'm able to go a few more minutes each day without hurting anything. I've also been able to turn up the pace a little bit to cram a little extra distance in.

Today was probably a little longer than I should've gone. My knee was definitely bugging me towards the end, but it was fun to see I can go a little bit further now.

Progress has been pretty gradual, but I ran almost twice as far this week as I did two weeks ago. Its fun to see some progress!

A little easier today. I took the last two days faster, so today was a good recovery day.

Today felt really good. Now that I'm able to go a decent distance without injuring myself I can focus on rebuilding my aerobic base.

My ankle has been hurting the last few days and doesn't seem to be improving on my regular schedule. My plan is to take this week slower, take Tuesday off, keep it real slow Wednesday, and then maybe Thursday off depending on how it feels. I hate to kill the momentem I've been building, but I'd rather iron out a problem now before it becomes a bigger issue.

Its been a pretty hectic week. I took Tuesday off and did a quick jog Wednesday to see how things were feeling. My ankle was still a little sore, but after taking it easy the last few days everything seems to be feeling pretty good. Hopefully now I can go a few weeks now without my body falling apart :)
