So I came to a realization today. Over the last little while, I have forgotten that running is only about ME. I have started to think in terms of me and other runners, and comparing myself to them. This has been really bad for me because I realized that these comparisons have made me discouraged and unmotivated to run. I need to remember that no matter what there will always be someone faster, stronger, or with more endurance then me and that I just need to run for ME! sorry, that was just me little heart to heart talk I had with myself! :D

The run today. Felt really good! We got rid of more of the walking. Once again I repeat that Dani is the awesomest running buddy ever! She pushes when she doesn't want to and she has a really good pace, I don't even think my pace would be this good by now if she wasn't with me! I think I found a born runner who never knew she could run! :D After the run though I felt SUPER sick! Almost like I was going to throw up! I can't have any more SUGAR cause I remember how sick it makes me!

Same route, less walking! :D Dani is an awesome running partner. I thought I would never find one here in Cedar, cause either they run for the SUU cross country team and they are killer fast, or they aren't consistant and don't really like pushing their selves. But Dani is a good pace and pushes pretty hard! It rocks! :D

So, for the past couple months I've been running, but not very consistantly. And I decided, the times that I am the most consistant is when I'm blogging my miles. And I've tried other sites that are more "high tech" and such, but it seems like this is the one site that I consistantly blogged! So.. I'm back!

Just went on a very short run today with my neighbor in Cedar, Dani. I'd like to tell you that I kept the miles low for her, but it was kind of for me too. I don't want to scare myself away by trying to throw 4's and 5's in there to early, and thats what I usually do. So we're really taking it slow this time! :D
