Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2


College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

Russian champion tries Crocs, commits to racing a marathon in them

Nikolay Chavkin in the video below did 3x1000, first two in Adidas carbon-fiber models, the last one in Crocs. Surprised by the result (2:52, 2:52, 2:50) with the fastest interval done in Crocs, he committed to racing a marathon in Crocs if the video gets 42K likes and 195 comments (for 42 km 195 m, the marathon distance). Nikolay's current marathon PR is 2:14:00. The video was created by a Russian sporting goods store chain. I dont know how far this was.. I know that I did 5x1mile repeats.. but the warm up and cool down I'm not totally sure how long it is.. I'm guessing a little under a mile..

I'm SO frustrated and discouraged.

4 from washington elementary towards green springs. It was better than yesterday but still feeling that same fatigue and dizzyness.. I drink water a lot so I don't know whats up.. I just pray things start to go better!

Still struggling like crazy.. I don't know whats wrong. Everytime I run I get really dizzy...

Went 3 in the morning with Kaylee around Coral Canyon. and 5 out in leeds with the WBR team..

Todays run was so much better than the last couple days.. I am focusing on getting lots of Iron into my diet and eating my vegetables!

Went to the club run at the running center! It was fun. Me and Kaylee took it easy and went 5.5... It was good. We got attacked coming down dog town by a dog! I guess thats where they get the name!

Turtle reserve run- I am still way slow! The sand slowed me down even more. But I am starting to feel a little bit better about it... Slowly building back into the speed I use to be at. I am going to the doctor today to see whats up so hopefully I'll be ok for wasatch! My fingers are crossed.
