I just finished my first sub 4 hour marathon in Nov 08, 3:58!!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to improve my mile times to under 7 min miles for my short runs.

I would like to run a half marathon at my boston qualifying pace, which I think is 7:28 mi pace

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Boston!!

OKC was my PR marathon so far, last 6 miles was uphill into a 30mph headwind.
