ALS 5k March 28 !

Hi Bloggies! Please check out ALS5k.com for info on a race that I'm helping to organize.  All proceeds benefit research and prevention of Lou Gehrig's disease.  This is our first year and we are aiming for a real family friendly event.  March 28th in St. George- should be perfect! Thanks for posting the race. I will get it on my schedule for March. I am planning to run the Spectrum 10k 2 weeks prior to this race so it should be great. Then it is train for the Ogden Marathon in May.....

Hey Christi - Everyone that ran in the race had nothing but good things to say about.  I'm glad to hear it went well for you guys.  150+ is a great number for a first year 5k.
