I just found out we ware making the dreaded 15-hour drive to Provo for Thanksgiving. Ugh. Are there any road runs in Provo/SLC Thanksgiving weekend that anyone can recommend?

There's a four mile race in Orem, though I wouldn't stay for the results, they are not prompt with them and they take forever.

Sean - that is almost pancake flat (0.5% grade alternating up and down on a loop course, barely noticeable) loop course. On a warmer windless day you may even get a fast time. Also has kids races. 100 (0-2), 400 (3-4), 800 (5-6,7-8), and the mile for 9-10 and 11-12.

There is also the cold turkey race in SLC.  It usually doesn't have as fast of runners.
