Ah, to be compared to Wallace and Gromit... My life is complete! I do love a good gargonzola too! My husband's solution to bed rest at the end of my pregnancy was a good dose of W&G!

We used to take the cheese whiz scuba diving and use it to feed the fish.  The love it!

I love cheese, and personally feel that you can never ever have enough! It is one of my very favorite snacks, yummy slice of cheese.

I have to admit, I consider good old American cheese to be good enough for me. I have tried goats cheese before, though, and it is actually quite good.

A cheese thread, great...Oh I love cheese.
Surprised that a good Greek feta cheese from sheep's milk hasn't got a mention, great in salads with black olives.
I miss English cheddar cheese which is generally not available here.
Plenty of other choices though. Some of my favourites:
German cheese - Tilsiter, Emmentaler and Allgaeuer Bergkaese (made from Bavarian Alpine milk).
Swiss - Appenzeller and Gryere and Raclette - I love this at the Christmas markets when the warm cheese is scrapped onto a baguette.
French - Brie, Camembert de Normandie, Goats milk cheese.
Dutch - Leerdammer and mature Edam.
Italien - Buffalo Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmesan.
That's enough, I'm off to make some cheese and crackers.....
