I am brand new to this forum.... very excited to have a place to turn with my questions!!!

Anyway, I ran a 1/2 marathon last weekend (it was a grind) and am going to run another one in 2 weeks. What is the best way to approach this? I ran 5 miles this a.m. at a good pace, but wasn't sure if I should still put long runs tomorrow and next Saturday.

What are your goals?

It would help if you had a blog with the details of your training, a list of your best times over a variety of distances and other background information.

For a general advice I would recommend not to stress too much about it and train normally as if you did not have the race. But I am making a lot of assumptions that may or may not be correct.
