A new runner's cookbook has just been announced, and is available for purchase at www.runnerscookbook.com. It contains 100 recipes, and is a fundraising project for the Ryan Shay Memorial Fund and the Jenny Crain "Make It Happen" Fund. All proceeds from the sales will be donated to the two funds.
