I have PVC's all the time. It varies between 1-2 an hour and 5-6 per minute. Seems to get gradually worse with age. They are benign except in rare cases of near continuous PVC's. I find that sleep, caffine, stress, alcohol, sugar and hard interval runs can all influence the number. Sleep and stress are far and away the biggest influence on them. I almost never see them while running at elevated HR and most often notice them while lying down or vegetating on the couch, of course that makes sense since they are far more noticable while being quite. My HR monitor actually picks them up and I have seen, rarely, one or two during two hour plus runs near the end when I am tiring. Like yesterdays 5K I have never seen them at high HR. Hard to do but if the doctor finds no other trouble, eat and sleep well and try to ignore them.
