1. 6' 6" 2. 250 lbs 3. Men 4. Saucony and brooks-currently 5. 4-5 times a week 6. I use my old shoes for work shoes, but any current ones are just for running/the gym 7. I am not really sure. When I started running a year ago, I weighed 340 lbs or more, so I went through my first two pairs pretty fast. My current two pairs have lasted much longer. 8. Heels (I think) 9. I think I am neutral 10. I currently have a pair of inserts in my saucony's, but I cannot remember what the brand is. 11. Asics, rooks, and Saucony 12. no 13. yes 14. brooks beasts, and saucony hurricanes 15. I don't like how the hurricanes do not really support my arch, so I use inserts for them.
