I have tried to compress my picture so many times and I can't get it.  I don't know if this is something someone can explain to me how to do.  I have tried the right click on it and there is no option to format the picture and I have put it in a compressed file and it only takes it down a little bit.

Don't know how helpful this will be, but I open it in Adobe Photoshop (free to download off the internet if you don't have it), then under the File menu I select Save For Web. Then you can make it as compressed as you want.

I've been able to resize my pictures as needed using Microsoft Photo Editor. Go into the Image->Resize menu option and start tinkering with the percentages and you should be able to do what you're trying to do.
