I am looking for anyone out there that knows about Tinman's coaching or who has been coached by him.  Are there any success stories out there whether it is from you or another runner.  I am looking into having him coach me - any thoughts???

Put a note on Paul's blog (paul.fastrunningblog.com).  He has been coached by him once or twice, and I think he was very happy.  Many of us on this blog incorporated some of his methods.
