OK, so I remember having seen this a while back - some of you may have seen it as well, but it absolutely cracks me up.  Since many of us are now resorting to treadmills, I figured this might help us to pass the time a bit faster:

Enjoy!  BTW, Lybi predicts that Superfly will hate this video . . .  Cheesy

Love it!  I want to know how much practice that took.

Their pants are way to tight.  That is the style now where boys wear girls pants.  I prefer the old shorty short running shorts.

That's looks a lot like the physical therapy I did last year to rehab a groin strain. I wondered what all the cameras were for...

Ditto.  I was gonna say the best trick to make treadmill time go fast is to not start.

I've found the treadmill to be a last resort when I'm lazy. I guess being lazy and resorting to the treadmill is better than being lazy and not running at all.

Nothing is as good as the old fashioned road, but when options are limited or the cold, dark, icy roads are just not inviting, the treadmill will suffice.  My trick is to watch entertaining shows/movies.  I have also listened to podcasts, but they dont stimulate the eyes as well, so that is sometimes not as effective.  Sometimes, it is good to run without the stimulation as this lets your mind wander and process the crazyness of life.  You can really zone out even better than on the road since you don't have to worry about cars and such.
But, treadmills are not for everyone so to every man his own....
