Hey everybody, I just had a question regarding nutrition supplements that some of you might be taking. I don't really know much and am curious about what might be good to take. Currently I am taking a pill form of Glucosamine for joints and a multivitamin. That is about it. Do you recommend a certain type of supplement or brand? Just curious, thanks for the help!

I do a daily multi-vitamin with iron. Most days I take two fish oil capsules as well. Love burping up that fishy taste!

Cytomax and sometimes a protein shake.

I drink a tall glass of chocolate 2% milk after most workouts, just to get extra calories.

Scrambled eggs and plenty of orange juice for carbs, potassium and magnesium after long and difficult workouts. Feel like a new man the next day.  Well... almost:)

Nothing beats a chocolate shake after a good hard run.
