Yeah I use to make moves like that... NOT. Holly cow man that is awesome. It really doesn't look like he's going that fast. I was surprised to see how many times he looked back. I've always kind of thought of that as a no no. But it didn't seem to bother him.

I was always told not to look back as well.  I remember my Dad saying, see that, Carl Lewis just looked and that's why he lost.  Turns out he lost because Ben Johnson was so juiced with 'roids they say his eyes were yellow.

I think looking back is somewhat of a sign of fear, but a marathon is way different from a sprint, looking back in a marathon is not nearly as detrimental as in a 200m.

I think at this point in the race he might have been looking back to see what was the minimal effort he had to give to still win convincingly.
