I have been given to large demo sample of a product called Amino Vital to review for The Final Sprint. Has anyone ever taken this stuff? www.amino-vital.com

Let's see, it's got a ton of vitamin C, and also some A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and B12. Then it has 2400mg of amino acids: glutamine, arginine, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Any experiences with stuff like this?

It tastes like kids vitamins, which is already a plus.

So Paul, how does one become a product tester/reviewer? It sounds like an interesting/fun thing to do.

In a nutshell, I started just reviewing stuff on my own on the fastrunningblog, which evolved to reviewing stuff on my personal blog. That is how I got to know the editor of thefinalsprint.com, and several companies have contacted me directly as well. It's all in the power of the internet.

I took it for about two months on and off this summer. I got a good deal on it at GNC. I think it was good with recovery. I used it pretty hard after the Teton Dam marathon and to date that was the fastest marathon recovery yet. That could have been because at around mile 21 I turned it off but the amino vital seems to work pretty good. I'd use it again if I could get some at the price I paid. If you have more than you want to use Paul I'll take it off your hands.
Also it would be good to see what you thought of it. So I'll be waiting for the review.
