Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forum! I have some questions to ask the experienced runners here regarding my training but I figured I'd toot my horn a little first Smiley

My first half was 1:46:44 back in March and was struggling the last couple of miles. This time I ran a 1:32:46 and was feeling great the whole time. I didn't push myself hard at the end, but I knew I had enough in the tank to get it below 1:30. I didn't want to burn up and be exhausted the rest of the day. I was surprised how I did especially considering that I was on vacation and not taking things seriously. After the race, my friend and I walked around the rest of the day, probably walked another 10 miles after the race.  You can read more about it
