Saturday runs Utah County (July 12)

Me and Michelle are going to run a 20 miler on the Hobble Creek 1/2 course.  We are going to meet at 5:15 am at the finish -Mapleton City Park ( 35 East Maple Street , Mapleton) and drive up to about mile 6 on the course and warm up to the start.  Then we are going to do the full course doing every other mile hard.  Any one is welcome to come and get a good long run in, just let us now so we can look for you.
