As some of you have noticed, Seth Wold is on our racing team. Seth's credentials:
A win in his first marathon in Ogden this year with 2:27:43. He was recruited for the blog during the first mile of the race. The mile was relatively slow (5:50), but I believe this makes it the fastest mile pace at which somebody was recruited to join the blog.
Fastest Ragnar leg time (29:06).
4:12 mile, 3:52 1500, and 14:20 5000.
