Biking evenings after morning runs

Yeah new guy with more questions- 3 to 5 days days a week I will bike in the evenings. This is nothing Epic just 30-60 minutes at varying tempos (occasionally moderately intense, yet other times just fun family time riding with the kids). Biking is suppose to be a good cross training activity so will or can this hurt my running at all? Anything to watch out for?

It depends on how good of a biker you are, how hard you ride, and if your brain gets confused by the biking motion enough to affect your running form. There is also an issue of overtraining - an extra bike ride in addition to the run could put you over the edge in some cases. Give it a try with or without biking and see if you notice a difference. You may also want to play around with how far and how fast you ride to see if there is an optimal level.
