When I clicked yours, it worked fine. Maybe try refreshing or clearing your cache. Try hitting Ctrl + F5 on your main FRB page.

Any thoughts or experiences with this?  Post c-section.  Haven't ran in 6 months.  Will be limited to treadmill until spring stroller season.  And containing the jugs??  Super sports bra just didn't cut it at my attempt to run today.

I have logged runs this year, but when I use the My Blog link or manually to the address http://jonjon.fastrunningblog.com/ it always takes me to the start of December. I can hit forward to see the current week, where things are properly displayed. I tested a couple of other people's blogs and they all seem to properly go to the week of their latest workout. I seem to be the only person affected, I guess for some reason the site thinks I haven't logged runs since Dec 2?

Yes, I do look at this. Not very often, but I do. Will add minutes on the next round of changes.

I read "From Lance to Landis" about the prevalence of doping in cycling. That has never been a clean sport it would seem. Perhaps Greg Lemond won clean, but there's always been doping. It's really not a matter of being clean at all. But Lance and Landis were just the best at getting the most out of their training and their doping. It's pretty sad.

On a more positive note, I'd definitely recommend Unbroken. The real story is missed by the movie, the fact that he came back from that and became a Christian and this gave him the ability to really forgive his previous captors.

We are doing some construction at our house, tomorrow the antenna will be moved. To avoid Fast Running Blog downtime which is hosted at our house, I set up a backup server at another location, which was long overdue. When I switch over to it, things could go wrong. Beware. Your data is safe, though, I have remote backups.

I forgot to add that you can go onto Amazon's website to pull up the book. Then you can read pages and pages as to what the book is about and why their training programs work. Happy running!

I read a post where someone had suggested using the Hansons Marathon Method book. I had been having great difficulty building my distance back up after a month long bout with vertigo. I just couldn't get beyond the 6 mile mark without hitting the wall. I got the book and read it from cover to cover. It is absolutely amazing. I am back to where I was before the vertigo hit, 14 miles comfortably, after only 1 week of following their method. I am training to do my first marathon in January 2016. I have no doubt that I will complete it successfully. They also have a Half Marathon Method book. A must read for any distance runner.
