Title: My mom's weight loss
Post by: Sasha Pachev on May 21, 2008, 03:57:17 pm
My mom dropped from 186lb to 177lb in a month of living with us. She rode a stationary bike for exercise (due to her old leg injury she could not run) for 10 minutes almost every day, and ate our diet.

from June-August 2000 I dropped ~25 pounds (from 140-115) as I began running. My method wasn't necessarily a good one.

In the last 2 years I've dropped about 30 pounds (from 178-146), but it took much less time than 2 years, more like 6 months.

I forgot to mention that in 2000 I was 15 yrs old, and in 2006, I had just returned from a mission in italy

Sasha, tell your Mom "Congratulations!" That's an awesome accomplishment. Her work on the stationary bike took a lot of self-control! I'm sure she'll be just like you and your twin the Energizer Bunny... you just keep going, and going, and going.
