Title: Just wondering
Post by: Barry Ames on January 04, 2014, 10:36:34 pm
I keep seeing adds in running magazines that say "If you use this product it will in crease your running." I am just wondering, if anyone has taken some kind of supplement and if it helped or not and what did you take?
Thank You,

I have been taking Sport Legs for about a year or so and feel it makes a significant difference. They're capsules that contain a buffering agent to help mitigate the accumulation of lactic acid in the blood. This alleviates the legs of the burning they feel with too much acid. Anyways, I only use it because I got to try some for free and the first 4 times I used it I had fantastic runs. So whether it's placebo or not I'm sold. And it's not too expensive at $20ish/bottle. Good luck finding something that works.
