Title: Anyone need a Hotel room for Chicago Marathon? Post by: David S on September 18, 2009, 08:06:37 am I can't go to Chicago due to injury. I have a prepaid room (through Hotwire) at the Knickerbocker on Michigan Ave for October 10th and 11th. It is 1.2 miles from the start - a perfect warm-up run. I called the Knickerbocker and the room is fully tranferrable. Rooms right now, if you can find them, are running $300 - $400 a night for a comparable room. I am selling both nights for $400 - that is only $200 a night and a bit less than I paid. Let me know if you have interest. I had someone local interested but no commitment as of yet.
