All proceeds benefit research and prevention of Lou Gehrig's disease. This is our first year and we are aiming for a real family friendly event. March 28th in St. George- should be perfect! I am planning to run the Spectrum 10k 2 weeks prior to this race so it should be great. Then it is train for the Ogden Marathon in May.....
