Location: 16mi. West of Salt Lake City on I-80, Exit 104 Salt Lake City, UT 84116 Time for all races is 10:00 AM Dates: 5 K Jan 31, 2009 10 K Feb 14, 2009 15 K Feb 28, 2009 Registration Online http://www.active.com/page/Event_Details.htm?event_id=1660472 or mail-in form download http://www.slctrackclub.org/Winter_Series_2009_Registration.pdf The course is accurate and well marked. It even has K marks on the road. The terrain is flat, almost pancake, maybe 10 feet of elevation change at most. The races are highly recommended by the Fast Running Blog. We have a lot of data from those courses, and can give you a pretty good idea of your fitness level and potential from your time and your splits. Each individual race is $25 now on race day or pre-registered without being a SLCTC member. I think it's $5 less if you're a member.

Special congratulations to Mary Ann for setting a new women's course record of 17:50!
