Title: The President's Challenge - Adult Fitness Test
Post by: Scott Zincone on May 14, 2008, 02:51:53 pm
Remember those Physical Fitness Tests we took in school?  Now they offer an adult version.  I think I met the Presidential requirements only twice, 5th and 6th grade.  The 50 yard dash and the standing broad jump were the ones that stopped me the other years...I think. But I remember making  it every year on whatever the level under Presidential was called.

Not sure how I would do now as an adult.  I know the flexibility test would be my weakest point.

Maybe each blogger could take the test and post their results so we can see how we did as a group?

This sounds like fun to me - I always got tripped up by the flexibility portion in school.  I did very well on all the other portions.  Although I recall that the Presidential Fitness requirements in school had you do regular situps.
