Title: New Runner Post by: Gokay Yamankurt on May 14, 2008, 08:11:58 am Hello FRB community;
I am a 20 year old male. I just started running after 5 years of no significant exercise. Right now, I am running 1.5 miles continuously in 19:30 and I wanna build up to running 20 miles continuously and running 6 miles in 36 minutes. I welcome any feedback and comments. Thanks. Gokay EDIT: By the way, I quit smoking a week or two ago because it didn't help a whole lot with the running :) Title: Re: New Runner Post by: Sasha Pachev on May 14, 2008, 08:39:13 am Keep doing what you are doing 6 days a week gradually increasing the mileage as you feel ready. Overtime your endurance will improve. Feel free to post any time you have a question or concern.
