Title: Ogden marathon forecast
Post by: Michelle Lowry on May 12, 2008, 12:59:10 pm
Forecast currently on weather.com is 79F for high and 56F for a low.  This is higher than normal.  Does anyone remember the low and high for Ogden last year?

About the same. We will not be running super-fast times if 79 comes too soon.

It will be warm when we hit the valley floor, the last 3 miles will be HOT!

During the second half of the race, douse yourself with cold water every chance you get (ie - every aid station). Your singlet will get soaked, but it will help with the heat.

Paul- I plan in it, along with the two hand slam dunk you did last year, your description of doing tricks to keep the adrenaline going were good ideas :)
