Is running with arm weights a good way to improve my rumming? Keeps hydrated, and serves for strength training at the same time. Can't hurt, I guess. Weight? 20 oz of water plus the plastic.
Title: Re: running with arm weights Post by: Bob on June 27, 2013, 04:32:56 pm I do the same thing as Jon for hydration purposes, but why not do one set of push-ups and chin-ups until u can't complete a full rep after the run instead? If it's strength u are after that is.
