Title: course tool link Post by: Mike Davis on October 18, 2011, 08:33:42 am Today I noticed the formatting tools are missing from the blog entry calendar and the course{coursename} function isn't working for a new course I created.
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Mike Davis on October 18, 2011, 07:53:56 pm I figured out the issue with linking to my course. I needed to mark the checkbox to share the course.
Still missing the formatting tools for blog entries though... Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Burt McCumber on October 19, 2011, 06:32:34 pm I think everybody is having the same problem.
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Mike Davis on October 20, 2011, 08:47:42 am I actually like it better this way. Now I can use my mobile browser to do blog entries. Before it only worked for comments where the formatting tools weren't present.
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Mike Davis on October 20, 2011, 08:49:04 am FWIW, you can still use html to format your blog entries.
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Jake Krong on October 20, 2011, 09:53:23 am I think this is a test to see who will actually do their own HTML formatting, and prove themselves to be the ultimate dorks! ;) And I am one of those!
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Joe on October 20, 2011, 12:16:34 pm Burt, I hope you are working up a new powerpoint tutorial on how to post pictures in this crazy new FRB world. I don't even know what HTML means.
Title: Re: course tool link Post by: Mike Davis on October 22, 2011, 02:26:51 pm Sasha, if you are following this; would you consider allowing us to turn those formatting tools on or off in our blog options?
When they were not present, I was able to use the calendar input form on my android browser(even using firefox mobile) and I believe April had that same experience with her iPad. Now that the formatting tools menu is back, we are unable to use the input forms with those browsers. |
